Richard Moses,
REALTOR® with Sheri Midgley Realty, takes pride in
possessing the honesty that's necessary to be a valuable
asset in our company. Richard has been in Real Estate
sales for 4 years and acquired a referral base along with
a sphere of influence that is making his business flourish.
Complimenting his success with an interesting background,
Richard holds experience in diverse fields.
Richard worked
for the Federal Government for 20 years and is an Electronic
Machinist by trade. He specialized in fast attack nuclear
powered submarines for approximately 12 years and was
able to enjoy the success of the Cold War victory. In
1988, Richard was appointed as the President of the Apprentice
Association where he directed a plan to get resources
for the shipyard through verbal communication, budgeting,
and delegation of duties. From this period of his life,
Richard learned that discipline and a good standing bring
along self satisfaction and a sense of achievement. With
this in mind, Richard made a career change to Real Estate
sales.
Richard's philosophy
in Real Estate is whether representing a buyer or seller,
the focus is to keep his client's money in their own pockets
while maintaining a win-win relationship. Richard makes
a generous contribution to his profession with knowledge
in stocks and accounting through his past education. Richard's
major in college was Business Management and his deduction
in it has proven more and more useful. Not everybody has
the skills necessary to work with the financial challenges
that clients may encounter. Richard finds it especially
rewarding to help those who never thought they could be
homeowners, accomplish one of their most desired goals.
Honesty always comes first in Richard's business relationships.
His enjoyment is derived from the benefits his clients
collect.
As a community
participant, Richard has been involved in the Big
Brother and Big Sisters a non-profit organization.
After passing a psychological exam to screen volunteers
for this program, Richard was an active big brother for
2 years. Mentoring boys between the ages of 10 and 13,
Richard was able to provide the much needed positive male
role model to these children. Richard aided the boys in
decision making for a better and brighter future. Aware
of the fact that you have to help yourself before you
can help others, Richard has been part of a Widows &
Widowers Support Group for 9 years. The purpose is to
connect those individuals to others that better understand
and sympathize with the loss of a spouse. Meeting at gatherings,
lunches, and communicating regularly via the internet,
Richard has found an excellent provision where he can
identify himself with others.
As a person,
Richard likes to converse with friends and visit with
his acquaintances and past clients. Working with his hands
comes easy to Richard and creating wood furniture is not
a problem. Shooting darts and playing pool can both be
included on his spare time agenda. With a philosophy that
Today is today, and we should make the most of every
moment, Richard enjoys traveling. Now that you have
